World Center Hotel

The staff are super friendly! Spencer at the front desk of hotel was the Best and very helpful with our questions. Also, the 20th floor has awesome views of the city. Night time is the best and sunset! The staff on the 20th floor make your stay awesome and welcoming! Cafe and bar on 20th floor.

The staff was amazing. Location so convenient to all subways stops and short walk to ferry. The view breathtaking. Spurge on a high floor! The staff made my trip. A few days before my trip I spoke with Marsha to ensure that the room I booked was in fact a queen foldout king room for a friend on a high floor. She assured me I did and when I checked in she remembered me and assured me again that she put me on the highest floor. Everyday in the morning she was there to greet me. Unfortunately I had a problem with the room the first night at no fault of the hotel. At midnight they put me in another room. In the morning I was put in a similar room but two floors down. Everything went perfectly after the room switch staff being super friendly and accommodating. Just want to mention Marsha was outstanding and I give her 5 Stars. I will definitely return.

Very good location, a spacious room with a kitchen. Great service: even before the arrival, we were offered to improve the room with a small surcharge. On the day of check out got opportunity to stay for several more hours if necessery. The hotel is united with the neighboring one, so we could use two wonderful terraces on the twentieth floor. One of them has a bar and a great view of One World Trade Center, the second has cozy sofas and chairs. My husband and I are very pleased with our stay and be sure to return to this hotel.

Comfortable bed and a clean room. We slept well. The location is good - nearby metro stops.

The location was excellent with easy access to NYC attractions and the subway. We made use of the very nice lounge area, which had excellent unlimited free hot drinks and cold water. This is a really nice touch and saved us a fortune, as eating & drinking out in NYC is very expensive. The rooms were clean, of a good size (= to that of a Premier Inn), and the beds were really comfy. There was no view from the room, but we didn't pay for it, and in all honesty, we went out early and came back in the dark anyway! Although maid service is scheduled every 3 days (you are told this on check-in), they are more than happy to be daily or on request if you speak to reception.
